Exceptional experience from start to finish! From easy booking service, affordable options & excellent communication! The set up was fantastic & appropriate! Staff were very friendly, greeted me by name. On time (actually running early!) & very patient with a shy child! Santa himself was incredible! He was so fantastic with my daughter & knew just how to get the perfect photo! I hope they will continue to run these sessions! Love the option of the cheaper session with own camera too! Thanks again guys!

We had a great experience with Santa and Carrie today. A beautiful display and the best Santa in Ballarat. Carrie was fantastic with our little one and gave us time to settle in and for initial shyness to dissipate. A very lovely memory for us, thank you!

Fantastic. Arrived early, met Santa. My daughter was a little apprehensive to meet Santa but he was absolutely fabulous with her. Santa asked her lots of questions and made her comfortable. Photos were a success. Would definitely do it again!

Carrie was so fantastic with our little one who was very hesitant about getting close to Santa. She was patient, let us take time to acclimate, made him laugh to get some smiles and all round wonderful.
Santa was so patient as well and let our little one take the lead with all interactions.

Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Only one group at a time, so wasnt as overwhelming as other places. Very patient with the kids. Great photos, received on the same day. Thanks to the team at photos with Santa 10/10.

Santa looked so amazing and his suit was fabulous. There was so much time for our 9 month old to feel comfortable and settle in and Santa was so calm and relaxed which lead to a beautiful session for our girls first Christmas!
